Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that hospitals and healthcare professionals can rely on Philips advanced medical technologies every day. By servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting healthcare equipment, you'll directly contribute to better patient outcomes across the region. This is a field-based role combining technical expertise, customer interaction, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.

You will primarily support customers in Białystok and the surrounding region, mainly across the Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podlaskie and Mazowieckie Voivodeship, ensuring systems operate reliably to help deliver excellent patient care.

Your role:

  • Service, maintain, and troubleshoot Philips Healthcare equipment to the highest quality standards.
  • To respond to emergency equipment failures and provide timely corrective actions, including next-day on-site customer support when required.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and corrective repairs to keep systems running reliably.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support teams, logistics, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Continuously develop your expertise by learning about the latest healthcare technologies.
  • Make a real impact on patient care by ensuring critical medical devices are always ready when needed.

You're the right fit if:

  • Educational background with strong foundations in electronics and IT/computer systems.
  • Solid understanding of electronics and computer-based systems, enabling effective troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex medical equipment.
  • 0-2 years of experience servicing medical devices. For recent graduates, we are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn, continuously develop, and build their expertise in medical technology and field service engineering.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level – primarily used for working with technical documentation and participating in technical trainings delivered in English).
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Experience with Philips Healthcare or healthcare products in general is a plus.
