About the employer

WSPPosted on the employer’s careers page · emit.fa.ca3.oraclecloud.comLMIA employer (CA) — employer-level; what this means

Working in Canada

Possible country route: Employer-specific work permit. A job offer is usually needed for an employer-specific permit. The employer may need an LMIA or an exemption. Express Entry permanent residence is a separate process.

IRCC times depend on the work-permit category and application country. Use the live processing-time tool; employer LMIA processing, if needed, is separate.

What to check before applying
  1. Confirm permit and employer steps. Ask whether an LMIA or exemption applies to the offer.
  2. Check the application country. Use IRCC requirements and the current processing-time tool.
  3. Apply for the correct permit. A job offer alone does not authorise work or entry.

Description (EN)

Manager, Equipment Operations & Logistics

The Opportunity

Build a Regional Operation. Create Lasting Impact.

WSP Earth and Environment is transforming how specialized field equipment supports project delivery across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.

Across our business, equipment availability, logistics, utilization, and lifecycle management play a critical role in enabling our field teams to safely and efficiently deliver work for clients. While successful equipment operations models already exist within WSP, Ontario and Atlantic Canada are entering the next phase of their evolution.

As a Manager, Equipment Operations & Logistics, you will lead the development and implementation of a regional equipment operations model that improves visibility, utilization, accountability, and service delivery across a large and geographically diverse business.

This is not a traditional equipment management role.

You will build upon proven practices already established in WSP E&E's BC & Yukon and Prairies & North operations, adapting and scaling those successful models to meet the needs of Ontario and Atlantic Canada. You will help create the processes, systems, teams, and performance measures needed to support long-term growth while ensuring field teams have reliable access to the equipment they need to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

If you are energized by building teams, improving systems, leading change, and creating operational excellence at scale, we'd like to hear from you.

The Skills That Set You Apart

You may come from equipment operations, fleet management, logistics, warehousing, field services, utilities, construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, supply chain, or another operationally intensive environment.

What matters most is your ability to build and lead.

You bring:

Experience leading operational, logistics, fleet, equipment, warehouse, or asset management functions
