About the Role

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our spa environment remains pristine, welcoming, and fully prepared throughout the day. Working closely with our therapists and reception team, you will help create a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.

This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing rooms, and public areas.

• Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards before and after guest appointments.

• Ensure all spa amenities, supplies, towels, robes, slippers, and guest products are replenished throughout the day.

• Monitor spa facilities and proactively address any presentation or cleanliness concerns.

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions and general enquiries.

• Support therapists and the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.

• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards are consistently maintained.

• Contribute to creating a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.

• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required.

• A willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
