Job Description Summary
The Digital Analytics Leader serves as the analytics business partner for a key commercial area of GE HealthCare’s global marketing organization and owns the analytics products built for it. The role works directly with business stakeholders to understand their decision needs, translates those needs into clear requirements and KPIs, and steers delivery through launch and adoption. This is a business-partnering and product-ownership position, focused on shaping and prioritizing what gets built and driving its use rather than hands-on development.Job Description
GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator with over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally.
We enable clinicians to make faster, more informed decisions through intelligent devices, data analytics, applications and services, supported by our Edison intelligence platform. We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health -digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Builds trusted relationships with business stakeholders and develops a deep understanding of their priorities, decisions and reporting gaps. Translates business needs into use cases, requirements, KPIs and acceptance criteria.
- Owns the roadmap, backlog, milestones and governance for the assigned analytics portfolio. Coordinates delivery across business stakeholders, developers, IT and platform owners, tracking scope, risks and dependencies.
- Runs workshops, design reviews, demonstrations and user-acceptance testing to confirm products meet business needs. Leads communications, training, launch and adoption, and monitors usage, satisfaction and business value after release.
- Manages stakeholder expectations against available capacity and escalates competing priorities early. Is accountable for stakeholder relationships, product roadmap and delivery, requirements and KPI definitions, and business acceptance and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence or a comparable analytical business-partnering role. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in marketing, business, economics, statistics, information systems or a related field.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of an analytics or reporting product, from requirements through adoption. Working knowledge of Power BI or an equivalent BI tool, sufficient to shape requirements and challenge design without building. Fluent English.
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across regions and time zones. Proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured requirements and defined KPIs.
- Familiarity with the marketing and analytics stack, including Adobe Analytics, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, Sprinklr and Meltwater. Understanding of marketing measurement, including campaign performance, funnel metrics, attribution and digital analytics.
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences or another regulated industry. Experience bringing social listening, media monitoring and paid media data into unified reporting, and exposure to data governance such as taxonomy, campaign tagging and metric definitions.

Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
