Description (EN)

Who we are:

Sardine is the leading agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime. Our integrated solution unifies data across risk teams to help organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks, and automate fraud and AML operations. Sardine’s platform is strengthened by one of the fastest-growing fraud consortiums in the market, spanning more than 6 billion profiled devices, 800 million consumers, and 3 million businesses worldwide. Leading companies including FIS, GoDaddy, Intuit, Edward Jones, ZoomInfo, and Checkout.com rely on Sardine to secure and grow trust in their products.

Our culture:

  • We hire talented, self-motivated individuals with extreme ownership and high growth orientation.

  • We value performance and not hours worked. We believe you shouldn't have to miss your family dinner, your kid's school play, friends get-together, or doctor's appointments for the sake of adhering to an arbitrary work schedule.

  • We're a remote-first team spread across time zones, so no office to report to - work from wherever helps you do your best work. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: pay is based on where you're located, and you'll need to keep a home base in the country you're hired in. So while we love the "coffee shop today, mountains tomorrow" life, this isn't a passport-optional, work-from-anywhere-on-Earth kind of remote - think flexible within your country, not borderless.

Location:

  • Remote - London, UK

  • We are a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. You can find your productive zone and work from there.

About the Role:
As the Partnerships Manager at Sardine, you’ll report directly to our Head of Partnerships. This is a quota-carrying role that combines growing and activating our signed partners with bringing new partners into the ecosystem. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners and drive revenue through them. Additionally, you will help lead partner recruitment efforts from inception.

You’ll work closely with Sardine and partner-side sales teams to drive revenue, and collaborate with our Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to make sure partners are equipped to succeed. You’ll also help shape our channel strategy and position Sardine as the premier fraud and compliance platform within our partners’ customer bases.

  • Grow across three motions: Partner with Platforms including Payments, Networks, Processors, Banking, AI Ecosystem and other players that embed Sardine, SIs and consultancies that resell, and advisory firms, data partners and VCs who refer prospects

  • Enable partners: Enable partner sales and customer support teams to effectively pitch and demo Sardine through training, material creation, and more.

  • Generate demand: Collaborate with partners to build and execute joint marketing and BDR campaigns directed at their prospects and clients.

  • Recruit and expand: Recruit, onboard, and launch new partners from outreach through first deal, and broaden the scope of signed partners over time

  • Plan and optimize: Set targets, build channel strategies, and report on performance, including product gaps and pricing considerations to optimize distribution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure Sardine is ready on partner platforms, including embedded deployments

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of partnership management or years of related experience in B2B software/SaaS, with a record of consistently exceeding quota

  • Experience managing a mix of partner types such as resellers, SIs, platform partners, and referral partners

  • Executive presence and the ability to build long-term partner relationships

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Salesforce, reporting, and analytics

  • Strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking, with the ability to collaborate in virtual, matrixed teams

  • Avid user of Agentic AI tools to optimize performance with a lifetime learning mindset

  • Highly preferred: Background in financial services, fintech, AI or fraud and compliance software
