Staff Grade Medical Scientist – Haematology/Blood Bank

Full Time – Permanent Contract

Applications are invited for the above position from suitably qualified and experienced candidates. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign.

The ideal candidates must:

• Applicants must be eligible for membership of The Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine and must also be a registered Medical Scientist with CORU

• Have the required qualifications for a Medical Scientist post as stipulated by the Department of Health
• Experience in Haematology and Blood Transfusion is desirable

·         Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

·         Be flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team

·         Be innovative, enthusiastic and self motivated
