Description (EN)

Key Accountabilities 

  • Receive and Process Quotations to Governmental Hospitals
  • Receive official orders/ Customer Purchasing Order and putting it in the backorder
  • Delivery of all orders must be completed before its due dates
  • Support delivery team in obtaining final Proof of Deliveries
  • Follow-up on backorder report and outstanding orders from Hospitals
  • Follow up on payment collection 
  • Analyze penalties and provide all supporting documents
  • Alert for stock and near expiry items
  • Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Qualifications/ Experience

Education: Bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacology or Business Administration 

Field/Years of Experience: 0-1 year in the same field
