As a Senior Waiter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of service and hygiene in our dining hall. Your responsibilities will include preparing the dining area, cleaning service utensils, and assisting the Captain Waiter in various tasks. Assist in morning restaurant cleaning to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
Clean and sanitize all service utensils before each service, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
Support the Captain Waiter in setting up the restaurant, including mise en place preparation.
Maintain a professional and clean appearance, adhering to our company's standards.
Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Assist in placing food plates on clients' tables, providing a warm and friendly service.
Change ashtrays and refill water glasses during service, anticipating guests' needs.
Clear tables after meals and ensure a clean and tidy dining area.
Transport dirty dishes and glasses to the dishwashing area, maintaining a clean workspace.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
