Senior Foreman - Angola - Expat
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a minerals processing environment, specifically Diamond.
Experience in plant optimisation, quality control, and metallurgical performance monitoring.

Location: Angola - Expat
Role: Senior Foreman

Experience and Role Profile:

• Assist with process audits compliance with quality standards,
  policies/procedures & legal requirements.
• Monitor quality standards within the plant.
• Human Resources Development to improve individual performance and ensure succession planning, training and skills transfer of relative personnel.
• Assist with metallurgical test work and applicable reports to ensure the efficient processing and recovery of diamonds.
• Compliance with applicable statutory requirements company related and Client policies/procedures.
• Achieve process efficiency through effective roll-out of best practices.
• Achieve set targets to plan - throughput and utilisation.
• Compile and submit relative reports to the Production Superintendent.
• Do proper shift hand over on all required information to the next shift.
• Ensure discipline is maintained in the work area.
• Comply with safety, health, security and environmental standards.
• Implement the Processing Strategy.
• Manage optimal plant utilization.

Required:

• 3-5 Years relevant Diamond or DMS mining Experience.
• Valid SA Drivers License
• Minimum Trade qualification.
• Experience in a minerals processing environment, including plant optimisation, quality control, and metallurgical performance monitoring.
