De new business developer rol

De markt voor metering groeit jaarlijks >20%, onze ambitie is harder groeien dan de markt. We zoeken daarom een ervaren acquisitie professional die een sales/marktstrategie opzet om nieuwe markten voor ons bestaande productportfolio aan te boren, up sell kansen te cre ren en ons klantenbestand uit te breiden. Volhardend zet je door, onderhandel je, sluit je deals en haal je jouw targets. Je zet cold calling en social selling in. Je presenteert je goed, k online op LinkedIn. Je bent dagelijks op pad naar prospects, klanten, beurzen en events in binnen- en buitenland. Continu genereer je leads en monitor je de voortgang. Regelmatig deel je resultaten en marktinzichten met het MT om de roadmap aan te scherpen. inepro doet niet aan one time sales , je bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en werkt intensief samen met onze commerci le, marketing- en R&D-teams.

Wat breng jij mee?

Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare consultative selling rol met een bewezen succesvol trackrecord.
Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
De wil en flexibiliteit om internationaal zaken te doen en te reizen. Zeker 35% van je tijd reis je in Europa. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
Ervaring met multi level stakeholder management en onderhandelen op directieniveau.
Goede beheersing van Engels in woord en geschrift.
Ervaring met en discipline in het gebruik van CRM-systemen (bijvoorbeeld HubSpot of Salesforce).

About the role

The metering market is growing by over 20% each year, our ambition is to grow even faster. We re looking for an experienced acquisition professional to develop and execute a sales and market strategy that opens new markets for our product portfolio, creates up-sell opportunities, and grows our customer base. You re persistent and driven, skilled at negotiating, closing deals, and hitting your targets. You effectively leverage cold calling and social selling while presenting yourself confidently in person and online, particularly on LinkedIn. You will be out daily, meeting prospects and customers, attending trade shows and events both in the Netherlands and abroad. You continuously generate leads, monitor progress, and regularly share results and market insights with management to sharpen our roadmap. At inepro, we don t do one-time sales , you build long-term client relationships and work closely with our commercial, marketing, and R&D teams

What you bring to the role?

At least 7 years of experience in a similar consultative selling role with a proven track record of success.
A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree.
Willingness and flexibility to conduct business internationally and travel, spending at least 35% of your time across Europe. Must hold a valid driver s license.
Experience with multi-level stakeholder management and negotiating at executive level.
Excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing.
Experience with and disciplined use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).

inepro biedt

A monthly salary of 5,000 7,000, plus an annual bonus plan with OTE of 14,000. Exceeding targets can earn a bonus of up to 35,000.
