Primary Objectives / Responsibilities

• Provide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
• Lead and oversee all Construction and Completions activities to ensure safe, predictable, and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and implement construction and completions strategies from engineering through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to achieve project objectives and business goals.
• Drive constructability, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), and execution excellence across all project phases.
• Foster collaboration, remove barriers, and drive team performance to achieve contractual and operational targets.
• Should also be responsible for managing large team across major program of work

Specific Accountabilities

• Direct and manage all construction, completions, and commissioning readiness activities across the project.
• Lead construction execution planning and ensure alignment with project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with project procedures, HSSE standards, and quality requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, completions, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Drive constructability reviews and implementation of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles.
• Lead mechanical completion, systemization, turnover, and handover activities to support successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Promote digitalization, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
