JP Easy Ship is a fast-growing business that puts sellers' products onto Amazon's delivery network to reach customers quickly and reliably. By bringing first mile, middle mile, and last mile together into a single end-to-end network, we aim to deliver a world-class customer experience.
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support JP Easy Ship's network and speed improvements. Working within the network and speed strategy and design direction set by the team, you will focus on project support and coordination — tracking progress of assigned projects, managing tasks and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, compiling data and reports, and maintaining documentation to keep projects running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who can:
-Carry out assigned tasks accurately and on time, following clearly defined procedures and direction -Report progress and issues in a timely manner, escalating to the manager or project owners as needed -Communicate day to day with internal stakeholders, arranging meetings and sharing information carefully -Support project operations in a structured way by organizing schedules, tasks, and materials (a basic understanding of project management practices such as PMBOK or Agile is a plus) -Work comfortably with data compilation and reporting, with care for accuracy and attention to detail -Be eager to take on and learn a new field — prior experience in logistics or network operations is not required
At Amazon, you’ll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. You’ll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.
1. Support project operations: track progress of assigned projects against defined goals and design direction, and keep milestones, tasks, and schedules up to date. Report progress and issues to the manager and project owners weekly.
2. Coordinate and communicate: work day to day with internal stakeholders, set up meetings, organize agendas and action items, and share information. Promptly escalate issues or risks as they arise.
3. Compile data and report: gather data on delivery speed and transport capacity, and update and maintain regular reports and dashboards. Accurately summarize before/after metrics to support the team's decision-making.
4. Maintain documentation: concisely document issues, progress, and decisions, and create and update SOPs, checklists, and meeting notes so team information stays organized and easy to reference.
5. Support standardization and process improvement: organize recurring tasks and, under the direction of the manager and project owners, help improve operations by maintaining templates and checklists.
