Every new product, market and payment method we launch needs fraud monitoring, transaction controls, chargeback processes and trained teams in place before it goes live, and you'll be the person who makes sure that happens. You'll report to the Head of Risk and Fraud and act as the main link between Risk and Fraud Operations and Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, data analytics and external partners such as acquirers and payment schemes. It's a role with real ownership, from managing the full project portfolio to shaping how the team scales through automation, while working on launches like new payment methods in Italy and our expansion into New Zealand.
