Join Our Team We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our dynamic international team in Tokyo as Full-Time Restaurant Staff. As a team member, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including preparing and serving our delicious vegan sandwiches, salad bowls, and sweets, managing register operations, assisting customers, and preparing our unique toppings and menu items. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Whether your strengths are in customer service, kitchen operations, or food preparation, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our company. While this position is primarily for regular full-time staff, leadership and management opportunities may also be considered for candidates with suitable experience and skills. Requirements • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, customer service, or kitchen operations is required. • Applicants must hold a valid visa permitting full-time employment in Japan. • Flexibility to work across all four Falafel Brothers locations in Tokyo is required. Staff may be scheduled at different shops depending on operational needs. • Availability to work 4–6 days per week, including weekends and national holidays as required. • Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. • Japanese language ability is not required, as we operate in an international environment. However, Japanese communication skills are an advantage and will strengthen your application. Work Schedule • Full-time position: 4–6 days per week. • Flexible shifts across all seven days of the week. • Some locations offer early shifts starting from 08:00 (normal operating hours: 10:00–22:00). • Weekend and national holiday availability may be required depending on scheduling needs. • Staff must be flexible to work at any of our four Tokyo locations. • Opportunities for career development and advancement. • Higher wages and leadership opportunities may be available for experienced and skilled candidates.
