Your Responsibilities

  • Experience in hospital inpatient booking, OT scheduling, and Endoscopy coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing teams, client services, doctors' secretaries, consultants, and external clinics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for operational tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Mature, professional, and proactive approach when dealing with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to support other operational functions and colleagues as required
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills to improve workflow efficiency and optimize departmental operations
