Working in UAE

Possible country route: Employer-sponsored work residence / Golden Visa. Standard employment residence is applied for by the employer. Golden Visa is a separate long-term route with category-specific eligibility; it is not included in every relocation offer.

Depends on the emirate, entry permit, work permit, medical checks and residence issuance. Confirm a dated plan with the employer and issuing authority.

What to check before applying
  1. Confirm the employment route. Ask which authority handles the work permit and residence.
  2. Verify costs and offer. For standard overseas hiring, official guidance assigns recruitment and residence processing costs to the employer.
  3. Complete arrival formalities. Follow the medical and Emirates ID instructions for your route.

  • Maximise Revenue Performance: Support the Director of Sales and hotel leadership in developing revenue strategies, reviewing market demand, competitive positioning, pricing, and business mix to optimise commercial performance across key distribution channels.
  • Support Meetings and Events Business: Identify and secure opportunities for function and event space, particularly where supported by accommodation room requirements, in line with hotel priorities and business needs.
  • Maintain Commercial Standards: Review sales proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with Conrad and Hilton standards, commercial objectives, and agreed approval processes.
  • Collaborate Across Hilton: Build strong working relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales and relevant regional and global sales teams to generate qualified leisure enquiries and expand international market reach.
  • Maintain Accurate Sales Intelligence: Keep account records, customer databases, account development plans, and sales activity reports accurate, complete, and up to date, ensuring all reporting is submitted within agreed deadlines.
