Our guests may not see every repair, every quality check, or every task that happens behind the scenes. But they certainly notice the difference.

As a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) focused on Guest Room Maintenance, you ensure that our guestrooms are always in excellent condition. With your technical expertise, attention to detail, and passion for quality, you play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Together with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams, you help ensure that every guest feels comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Your Role:

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with safety standards
Perform repairs and maintenance work in guestrooms and public areas
Maintain and repair furniture, doors, cabinets, flooring, and other room furnishings
Respond quickly and professionally to identified defects and maintenance issues
Work closely with the Housekeeping team on room inspections and damage reports
Support the Engineering team with general maintenance and preventative maintenance activities
Document completed repairs and follow up on outstanding maintenance requests
Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects

Be able.

Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally as a carpenter/joiner (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Alternatively, relevant professional experience in maintenance, hospitality, or facility management
Strong practical and technical skills combined with a high level of quality awareness
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoy working collaboratively with different teams
Good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage
A keen eye for detail and a commitment not only to fixing issues but to making lasting improvements
