As our F&B Service Manager (m/f/d), you play a key role in shaping the guest experience. You lead your team with passion, continuously improve operations, and ensure that exceptional service is delivered every day.

Your Role

  • You are a passionate host and lead our F&B service team with energy, heart, and a strong focus on quality
  • You inspire your team, develop talent, and help shape the next generation of leaders
  • You create memorable guest experiences and set new standards in service excellence
  • You actively improve processes and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our offerings
  • You are responsible for the operational success of the department, keeping quality, productivity, and costs under control
  • You ensure the seamless execution of events and functions, creating outstanding experiences for our guests
  • You work closely with all hotel departments and contribute to a strong and positive team culture

Be able.

  • Several years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, ideally with initial leadership responsibility
  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence
  • Strong leadership skills and a business-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational abilities and confident decision-making skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Energy, drive, and the motivation to make a difference
