From welcoming guests and managing spa appointments to ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences that reflect the finest standards of luxury hospitality.

You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Spa Therapist at Conrad Dubai:

  • Maintain Impeccable Standards: Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, beautifully presented, and fully prepared in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
  • Ensure Facility Readiness: Monitor treatment room conditions and promptly report any maintenance concerns or equipment issues to the Spa Reception.
  • Deliver Operational Support: Assist across spa operations as required, including supporting the Spa Reception, Gym, and Pool teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and upcoming hotel services, spa treatments, wellness offerings, and leisure facilities to confidently assist guests.
  • Support Financial Performance: Follow departmental operating budgets, use resources responsibly, maximize revenue opportunities, and minimize unnecessary expenses.
  • Embrace Industry Trends: Stay informed about local and international developments in wellness, health, beauty, and leisure to enhance service knowledge and guest experiences.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Anticipate guest needs, maintain attention to detail, and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing, and personalized wellness journey.
  • Work as One Team: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, demonstrate flexibility, and uphold Conrad Dubai’s service standards in every interaction.
