The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. The role includes providing hospitality services to employees and visitors, supporting office operations, handling pantry and meeting room requirements, and assisting with general administrative and facility-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Set up meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and dining areas.
Monitor pantry inventory and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
Support office administration with basic operational tasks when required.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience as an Hospitality Assistant, Housekeeping Attendant, or similar role is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office support duties.
