Possible country route: Highly Skilled Migrant / EU Blue Card. The highly skilled migrant route normally requires an IND recognised employer and the applicable salary requirement. A residence card in another EU state does not automatically grant Dutch work permission.

IND decision period: up to 90 days, with shorter procedures in some cases. Employer preparation and legalisation take additional time.
