Stakeholder Communication: Create and own written communications to business partners and stakeholders on pre-construction matters. Build collaborative, influential relationships within GES and with critical stakeholders inside and outside Amazon.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision. Navigate internal and external barriers while managing multicultural teams and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
Travel: Up to 50% travel across AMET region to support site evaluations and construction oversight.
