As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. You will take pride in creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.

Working as part of a dedicated Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, replenishing amenities, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring rooms are prepared efficiently for arriving guests. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are key to success in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to Marriott brand standards.
Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies.
Ensuring all bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas are presented to the highest level of cleanliness.
Reporting maintenance issues and lost property promptly and accurately.
Supporting sustainability initiatives through responsible use of cleaning products and resources.
Responding professionally and courteously to guest requests.
Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Housekeeping and other hotel departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Supporting Our Wider Housekeeping Operation

While primarily focused on guest room cleaning and servicing, Housekeeping Room Attendants may also have opportunities to support other areas of the Housekeeping operation across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This can include assisting with public area cleaning, turndown service, linen management, and special cleaning projects, providing valuable exposure to a variety of luxury hospitality environments and helping you further develop your skills within one of London's most distinguished hotels.

What We're Looking For

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment.
A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a guest-focused approach.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
