As a Graduate - Work Winning, you will play a key role in helping shape the future of some of the Middle East's most iconic infrastructure, property, transport, energy and environmental projects. Working closely with technical experts, project leaders and clients, you will gain a unique understanding of both the engineering and commercial sides of the consulting industry.

  • Support the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals, and pre-qualification submissions.
  • Assist in managing proposal documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to gather information for client submissions.
  • Maintain bid trackers, business development databases, and market intelligence records.
  • Support client engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in developing presentation materials, reports, and business communications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Work Winning processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience, including internships or graduate placements, within an engineering consultancy, professional services, or related environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude, commercial curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • A genuine interest in the engineering consultancy sector and building a career in work winning, business development, and client engagement.
