Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Rattaché à l’Acheteur Direct France, dans le cadre de ce stage, vous apportez votre support à l’équipe dans leurs initiatives quotidiennes:

Extractions et traitement de données (spend fournisseurs, analyse devis)
Enregistrement des fournisseurs, des contrats dans les bases de données
Support administratif tels que: Emailing, suivi des réponses fournisseurs, collecte d’information auprès des Opérations d’ALFI, etc.

Dans le cadre de certains projets Achats, vous participerez à la première étape de la stratégie:

Analyse de la situation existante, en lien avec les sites concernés (approche TCO)
Collecte des données, organisation et restitution
Analyse des offres fournisseurs et proposition de leviers de négociation
Proposition d’améliorations pour soutenir la stratégie Achat

Maîtrise des outils informatiques: Google Suite en particulier Google Sheet

Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

Communication, ouverture d’esprit, capacité à travailler en mode projet

Appétences pour les chiffres et pour travailler dans les achats industriels

Capacité d’analyse de données, rigueur, capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en même temps.
