We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant this is a Permanent Part-time position on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts

As the Pharmacy Assistant, you will work closely with a qualified Pharmacist to prepare medicines, advise patients on non-medicinal products, and assist with stock control.

About the Role

  • Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
  • Processing sales accurately and efficiently managing transactions
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
  • Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
  • Maintaining a safe, organised, and fully compliant retail environment
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous retail, customer service, or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster includes weekend shifts
  • Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
