A day in the life DSおよびSSDの新規開所プロジェクトを担当していただきます。計画フェーズでは、自身の担当プロジェクトの実施承認を得るために、ソリューション提案、コスト、スケジュールなどの計画をまとめます。工事フェーズでは自ら現場で管理を行い、計画通り進捗しているか確認します。部内定例ミーティングとチームミーティングがそれぞれ週1回開催されており、そこで情報共有やチームビルドを図っています。出張など所属サイト以外での勤務は平均すると週1回程度あり、遠隔地の場合は宿泊を伴う出張もあります。フレックス勤務を導入し、個人のライフイベントを迎えながらキャリアを長期的に築いていける環境もあります。
About the team Facility Design & Construction(建築設計・工事監理部)は、Amazonに必要な物流拠点の新規立ち上げ、また、運用中拠点の大規模な改修工事を担い、ビジネスやカスタマーに貢献するチームです。新規立ち上げでは、建物のレイアウトや建築、設備の設計を行い、プロジェクト全体の工程を守り、コスト管理を行いながら安全で生産性の高い建物を作ります。既存の改修工事では、生産性向上のための設備変更や、経年による老朽化対策の設備更新などを企画し、プロジェクトのオーナーとして品質、コスト管理しながら完了までリードします。今回の募集ポジションでは新規DS、SSDの工事を担当いただきますが、設計標準の最適化や工事管理の標準化など部内全体で行う業務にも取り組んでいただきます。
