JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of our team, you will represent the company to our customers while carrying out the work. Most of the work takes place in different areas of Sweden, and you will be working outdoors, on the tiled roofs of residential properties.

Your duties will include cleaning tiled roofs and facades. This is a varied job involving many different activities and procedures. Overnight travel may also be required.

At the beginning of your employment, you will receive relevant training in the use of high-pressure cleaning equipment and in working at heights. Previous experience in these areas is, of course, an additional advantage.

The work takes place in different areas of Sweden, from the west coast to the east coast. This means that, alongside your work, you will have the opportunity to experience different parts of the country and discover Sweden from a different perspective.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

This is a physically demanding job that requires good physical ability and skill in using your body, hands, and various tools.

You will work in a two-person team responsible for roof cleaning. For this reason, we place great importance on your ability to cooperate and communicate effectively, accept and handle feedback, and, above all, be willing to work hard and pull your weight when needed.

If you have a colleague or friend who is also interested in coming to work in Sweden, we would be happy to know. The possibility of starting together can make it much easier to form a team, as two people usually work together in each team. In this way, if you come together, the team can be ready from the beginning.

Roof cleaning can involve unexpected challenges related to the surface, dimensions, and similar issues. We are therefore looking for someone who is solution-oriented, is not afraid to take initiative, and can suggest creative solutions.

Naturally, we also want you to be flexible, learn quickly, and contribute to creating a good atmosphere within your team, as well as during any contact with customers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Good knowledge of English.

• B or BE driving licence.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of Greek.

• Experience using high-pressure washing equipment, carpentry, roof installation/construction, or similar work involving machinery.

• Experience in the construction and assembly of scaffolding.

• Experience in cleaning and painting tiled roofs, as well as cleaning and painting facades.
