JOB TITLE
Junior Facility Engineer | MAF Retail | Head Office Oman

ROLE SUMMARY
The Junior Facility Engineer is responsible for preparing all sketches drawings and models to support new build, refurbishment and modification proposals supporting the Business Development team and MAF Retail operational requirements.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Assist in preparing and updating technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Support facility maintenance projects and Agreements and site-related engineering activities.
  • Conduct site visits and collect measurements, technical data, and facility information.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate engineering records, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Ensure engineering drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
  • Support space planning, facility modifications, and renovation activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports and tracking project progress within agreed timelines.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Drawing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Good knowledge of engineering drawings and building layouts.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
