🇦🇪 Working in UAE
Possible country route: Employer-sponsored work residence / Golden Visa. Standard employment residence is applied for by the employer. Golden Visa is a separate long-term route with category-specific eligibility; it is not included in every relocation offer.
Depends on the emirate, entry permit, work permit, medical checks and residence issuance. Confirm a dated plan with the employer and issuing authority.
What to check before applying
- Confirm the employment route. Ask which authority handles the work permit and residence.
- Verify costs and offer. For standard overseas hiring, official guidance assigns recruitment and residence processing costs to the employer.

Our jobs aren't just about supporting daily operations. Instead, we want to create exceptional, personalized, and memorable experiences for every guest. Our Butler Runners play a vital support role in ensuring the seamless delivery of luxury butler services. By assisting the Executive Butler team with day-to-day operations, they help create effortless and memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Butler Runners are empowered to move throughout the property and provide operational support across a wide range of guest services. They assist with preparing and delivering on-call guest requests, collecting and delivering flowers, balloons, amenities, and other special items, coordinating pressing and laundry services, supporting signature wake-up beverage service preparations, and assisting with the setup and clearance of the property's signature bath rituals. They also coordinate with In-Room Dining and other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and according to luxury service standards.
In addition, Butler Runners conduct daily inventory checks of operational supplies and guest amenities, ensuring all items required for Executive Butler services are adequately stocked and readily available. This includes monitoring and replenishing baby amenities such as highchairs, baby bathtubs, sterilizers, and potty trainers, as well as guest-request items including standing fans, microwaves, shoe-shine supplies, adapters, and other electrical accessories. They are responsible for maintaining proper storage, organization, and replenishment levels to support seamless daily operations.
The Butler Runner also assists with the collection and delivery of guest garments for pressing services, ensuring items are handled with care and in accordance with established procedures. They support the inspection of garments for stains, damage, or valuables and report findings as required. Additionally, they assist with the collection, checking, storage, and replenishment of reusable service items following guest departures while ensuring that lost-and-found procedures are consistently followed.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding luxury service standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional. Butler Runners will spend significant time on their feet, moving throughout the hotel, transporting items, coordinating with multiple departments, and providing hands-on operational support. Performing these responsibilities with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail is critical to enabling Executive Butlers to focus on delivering exceptional, personalized, and memorable guest experiences.
