Reception You will work in a guest-facing role across front desk operations, door service, concierge services, and spa reception, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. 2. Food & Beverage (F&B) Service You will provide attentive, high-quality service at the hotel's Italian restaurant and bar lounge, helping guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. 3. Bartender You will craft drinks and cocktails at the hotel's bar lounge, combining beverage expertise with warm, attentive hospitality to deliver an outstanding experience with every drink. 4. Barista You will prepare high-quality coffee at the hotel's café, creating memorable moments through excellent coffee, latte art, and friendly, attentive service. No previous hotel experience is required. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and will assign each successful candidate to the position best suited to their aptitude, interests, and career aspirations. Salary ¥271,400–¥353,100 per month ・Three-month probationary period (same employment conditions). ・Salary will be determined through discussion, taking your skills and experience into account. ・Bonuses may be awarded twice a year, depending on company performance and individual results (for full-time employees only). Working Hours ・Shift-based schedule, varying by department. ・Eight working hours per day.
